The Impact Fee Credits are estimated to by $7,728 per Estate Lot.
Buyer will agree to pay a Marketing Fee equal to 1% of the Sales Price of each house sold, paid out of closing proceeds.
The lots are subject to a Facilities Fee payment of $2,400 and PID assessments ranging from $8,537 to $10,570 depending upon the subdivision they are located. The Facilities Fee payment is due at the time the lots are purchased. Whereas, the PID assessment may be paid off, in full or can paid, through property tax payments of $948 to $1,176 though 2032.
