Developed/managed over 3500 Multi-family units in 5 states during 80s, along with retail & mixed use development. Acquired CPM Designation in 1984, and AMO Certification in 1986.

Elected President of Apartment Association of New Mexico - 2 terms; 1994 & 1996.

Director of Property management for regional company until 1997; including multi-family and commercial properties.

Leased and Managed approx 500,000 sq. ft. of Industrial /flex properties during 90's, along with selling over $5 mil of Multi-family and assisting with sales of additional $25 mil of commercial property.
