Rich Diller, CCIM, SIOR, joined NAI Maestas & Ward in 2010. He previously served as president of NAI Vaughan Co. Diller has nearly 30 years experience in commercial real estate in Albuquerque.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, where he played football, and attended graduate school at UNM’s Anderson School of Management for Business Administration.

Diller has represented numerous national and local clients, including McDonald’s Corp., Sun Healthcare Group, Earnest Thompson Furniture, The Kemtah Group, University of New Mexico Hospital, People’s Bank, City of Albuquerque, United States Postal Service, International Paper and Albuquerque Public Schools.

His transactions include 24-plus acres in Tijeras, N.M. for Albuquerque Public Schools, more than seven acres for multiple IronStone Bank locations, and 175,000 square feet for the Albuquerque Public School’s administrative headquarters.
